Hi paladox2015,
unfortunately this report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well. If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug and add a more useful description to this report by structuring the bug report into clear steps to reproduce (as an ordered list, starting at the very beginning explaining how you got which code, without paraphrasing any commands), plus pasting the content of line 496.

"Your session data was lost! Check your php.ini and make sure session.save_path is set to an appropriate directory."

I already requested on http://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Project:Support_desk#extension_echo_30668 to ask on https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Echo instead. I don't consider this a valid bug report yer as I currently assume a misconfiguration on the client side. I'm closing this bug report as INVALID. Feel free to reopen if there are indicators that this is actually an issue in the codebase.

Ok I am not sure if it is a bug or it was is jut happening to me I would like to reopen just in case so that someone can go through the codes and see if there is a bug causing this error

If you just click next on the webiste it should show the error on the next page because I have to disable echo to be able to enter the upgrade key to use update.php

As I wrote this currently looks like a misconfiguration on your side.
(Please refrain from editing the priority/severity field. Thanks.)

ok but I downloaded echo extension I dint change any settings

ok I think extension echo is now fixed

paladox2015: This ticket was closed as INVALID a long ago, so in this case please refrain from adding further comments which create bugmail. Thanks.
