If I move an image around, I see the "copy" cursor, even though I'm just moving.

The cursor I get in Safari (the same as in Firefox and Chrome) is the move cursor (a four-pointed cross). Marking as WORKSFORME. Possibly a config issue with your system?
Nope, I still see this problem. Initially it's the move cursor, but as soon as i move the cursor somewhere between the lines, i get the copy cursor.

Oh, the screenshot doesn't show the cursor, but I added an example image of the cursor type instead.
Safari Mac Version 7.0 (9537.71) just dragging around a thumbnailed image throughout the text shows this problem for me. It changes from the move cursor to the copy cursor.
