The permission plugin (https://github.com/okfn/annotator/wiki/Permissions-Plugin) allows support for showing the name of the user who wrote the annotation, and of course, helps handle permissions.

It can be implemented simply at first, just to show the name of the user who wrote the annotation. That alone would be useful, but it also allows more elaborate permission models should we want them.
