The not printing char ♙ was entered instead of my edit (some new text and a couple of references)

Also the first words that I typed and then deleted were inserted and the intervening text was deleted.

Using Firefox 22 under

I cant reproduce this using the steps given, but it is likely to be one of the 'pawn' bugs already raised. Did you use Control-Z during this edit?

@RonaldDuncan: Thanks for the bug report. Could you please attach step by step instruction for reproducing it? Thanks.

I'm going to close this as "WORKSFORME" due to the inability to reproduce, and as there are a number of other bugs around pawning which have been fixed since this was filed that might have been the issue.

If you can recreate, please feel free to re-open this bug, however.
