Description

We recently had a few build that failed, in between working builds.

These failures are all the same and apparently unrelated the the commits that triggered the builds. They only appear to occur for the PHP 5.4 + MySQL build when running the client builds.

This smells like a race condition in the tests.

This should be resolved.
