Description

there is old code in Wikibase for handling recent changes in the client that assumes one and only site group.

It uses the interwiki prefixes to build links.

With site links in multiple site groups, this code is obsolete. Perhaps it can be replaced with something nicer, but for now best to remove this specific handling and make the change comments more generic.
