Timestamp on MobileDiff page is unreadable

The Timestamp on the MobileDiff page is rendered at a font size of 7px and in light grey on white text (see attachment). I'm guessing this is Vibha's design. Would anyone object to changing it so that the text is actually readable?

Vibha says she's OK with increasing the font size to 0.7em for the timestamp, but wants to keep the existing color.
