In InitialiseSettings.php, could you please fix the e-mail address for 'frwiki' in the variable wmgArticleFeedbackv5OversightEmails?
Currently it is 'privacy-wp-fr@wikimedia.org', but it should be 'privacy-fr-wp@wikimedia.org' instead (see https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/privacy-fr-wp).

I'm assuming the correct address is <privacy-fr-wp@lists.wikimedia.org> (see Mailman) and will be adding it in a minute.

Sorry, I should not have mentionned mailman.
I am not an oversither and I discover only now that there are two different addresses, the OTRS queue (@wikimedia.org) and the internal list for oversights (@lists.wikimedia.org). I gave you the link to mailman as a confirmation, without noticing that it was not the same domain.
So please use privacy-fr-wp@wikimedia.org.
