Is VE enabled in other content namespaces?

Only on MediaWiki.org and the test wikis (where the alpha opt-in preference is not shown). Everywhere else, it's just NS0 (articles) and NS2 (user pages).

With the VE being enabled in Help, File & Category pages, this message is now incorrect on en.wp (and others?) too.

This was re-filed as bug 56205 and fixed in October.
