Copyright warning will only be dismissed in the current interface language

Description

When dismissing the copyright warning, it will only be dismissed for further edits in the current user interface language.

This behavior requires dismissing it in all languages the user wants to do edits in. Instead, dismissing the message once, should dismiss it for edits in all other languages as well.
