Description

VE changed the edit tab selectors as part of their UI update to show it's in Beta.

Now, on English Wikipedia, with VE enabled:

In a blacklisted browser:

The tours need to be adjusted accordingly.

Thankfully it's just missing some steps, not causing any visibly broken or confusing behavior.
