[[Special:Notifications]] gets really confused with notifications close to midnight (local timezone / UTC issue?)

Description

[[Special:Notifications]] gets really confused with notifications close to midnight.

When I viewed my notifications just now (in my timezone: ~1 AM, August 24) I saw four headings: August 24, Today, Yesterday, August 21 (in that order). This is quite weird.

Yeah, the notification timestamp is converted to user timezone, while the timestamp for 'today' and 'yesterday' remain in UTC timezone.

Thanks for the reminder on the 'uselang', I will try to address that issue as soon as possible, :)
