Steps to produce the error

1. Add two words in a page using VE. Let it be W1 and W2
2. Select first word ie. W1, press ctrl+K to create a link and press Esc to close the linking dialog box. Now, link to the page W1 is created.
3. Select second word W2 and do the above steps again. Here, we need to press Esc twice to close the linking dialog box. Instead of creating link to W2, here also link to W1 is created.
