Occasionally, legitimate images are uploaded to testwiki: [[testwiki:File:Molecular_Foundry_Berkeley.jpg]], [[testwiki:File:San_Michele_Mondovì_.jpeg]].
I don't know how this is happening, but it shouldn't be.

We've removed the option in the last release, but if you left it on it can still take effect. We'll want to make it reset on the next bug fix release (partial fix in git for the setting, but doesn't force a reload of pics yet).

We don't seem to have had any of these for a few months, so guessing it got fixed somewhere along the line.
