Beta is going to need MariaDB to be installed which should be done via puppet. The existing manifests probably do not apply nicely on a beta labs instance so we will have to get them adapted.

Sean Pringle has refactor the MariaDB puppet manifests. We now have a role class role::mariadb::beta which is applied on the eqiad database instance deployment-db1.eqiad.wmflabs
