I'll close the tasks where there majority of lists have no templates.

What about counties where there are some lists with missing templates, can ErfgoedBot recognize those and report them?

@Tobi_WMDE_SW: For the lists containing templates (a complete reference about what percentage of lists is supported can be found at https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2015/Deutschland/Technische_Unterst%C3%BCtzung/Anzupassende_Listen), I could tag them with our team tag so they show up in our backlog and it's more clear who's "responsible" for them. Maybe you could write a comment saying that work on those tasks depends on WMDE resource assignment (or something like that)? Maybe county-specific community decision is also involved, if they even want to use the Monument Database?
