Happened to me too. The text body needs links.

For comparison, the HTML summary mail I got August 20 from enwiki had:

  Talk page message
  _Jeph paul_ left a message on your talk page in "The edit visualization tool...".
	 _View all notifications_

so it links name and lets me see all notifications.

The plain/text in the same summary e-mail didn't link the name but provided the View all notifications link:

Talk page message:=20

Ahh, so my notifications from Wikitech are all special ones from the OpenStack integration code, like:

Hashar built instance 'deployment-sql03' in project Nova Resource:Deployment-prep

I'll file a bug for it to define a message.

however, Echo's text message in this case should still have

View all notifications:
