[mediawiki.feedback.js] Provide a link to the article (and maybe the user's contributions)
Open, LowPublicFeature

Description

Users seem to expect that the feedback link will automatically supply information, especially the title of the article they're working on. I'd also like to have the version number they were actually using (cacheing issues) and a link to the user's contibutions.

Google has a feedback tool for Google+ which lets you "screenshot" the page you are on and highlight what you think is wrong. Something like that would be really cool.

That would be good, but possibly a bit more complicated for us. I wrote [[Wikipedia:Screenshots of Wikipedia]] to help people include screenshots in on-wiki bug reports, so linking prominently to that would be a very easy first step.

The feedback tool isn't specific to VisualEditor - moving to the general group for others to see and comment.

The core feedback tool is (I think intentionally) very generic. If VE needs additional functionality, it should probably extend it.
