Every source usually has a base list from where a user can starts navigating to the real lists. This should be included in the configuration so we can make overviews like https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_upload/Participate or do some heuristic if very lists is reachable and how many steps it takes.

We should avoid sticking more stuff in the config for something which has a limited benefit while also varying largely between the different countries.
