Wikipedia_разговор (Project_Talk) -> Разговор за *Википедија*
would hardcode the project_talk namespace.

Would 'Разговор_за_{{SITENAME}}' be suitable for all (possible) sister projects
or would you need a {{GRAMMAR:}} function? This could be handeled in another
request / bug report together with [[b:mk:template:wikivar#SITENAME]] and
[[wikt:mk:template:wikivar#SITENAME]].

BTW: Instead of spaces underscores need to be included in the namespaces names.

Removing shell keyword; this would be a change to the namespaces specified in the language file.
