Add a "Recreated pages" Special page

Description

In many cases admins delete a page but after some day users recreate it.
would you please create list of 500 last recreated pages in special namespace.

This favor was requested by reza1615 8 months ago (Bug 43901) but by request of Andre Klapper i ask one of two favors that requested in previous request.

I support it. Im admin in fa.wiki and we have same problem.
