Automatic section edit summaries are not generated for multiline headers

Description

Ordinarily, when editing a section of a page, the edit summary box is filled with "/*" followed by the title of the section followed by "*/". However, when the section title is multiple lines long (as can happen when the header contains a template), the edit summary box starts off blank.

(Apologies if I didn't set the component for this bug correctly. I'm not completely sure which this best fits under.)

An section title can't be multiple lines long, so this report is invalid!?

I can't reproduce. If this is still happening, please share an example of a multi-line heading that causes it.
