Prevent certain links from being included in special:disambiguations
Closed, InvalidPublic

Description

Author: stanley

Description:
Any link to disambiguation pages will be included in special:disambiguations.
But there are conditions for this links to be valid and not to be solved, such
as: (for ex: [[Foot]] is a disambiguation)

  • Page contains redirect to [[Foo]].
  • Links such as "This article is about zzz. For other uses see [[Foo]]".

Please provide (new wikitag perhaps) way to solve this.

*[[Foo]] (not [[Foot]])

I marked this invalid since I got the workaround which is to make the link as
external link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foo or [[:en:Foo]] instead of [[Foo]])

stanley wrote:

Sorry, reopen this, because using links as external links prevent the links to
be displayed in whatlinkshere pages

Don't mark them in that category then.

Brion, there is no category involved here, isn't? As I understand,
Special:Disambiguations is based on template:disambig

Then don't use that template in those.
