Description

Some users reported that message on Korean wikipedia's notification bar text is cornered too left[1]. [2] is the correct image without bug.
According to users, it happens on Windows 7/Firefox 24,Windows 7/IE10, and etc.[3]
It should be fixed ASAP.

It only happens on vector skin. Modern and all other skins have no problem for me.

I can reproduce.

It can also be reproduced with different UI language such as English. I don't see the issue on other wikis.

The bug is caused by the following rule in [[ko:미디어위키:Vector.css]]:

#p-personal li a {
padding-left: 0.05em;
}

Remove it to fix the problem (any wiki admin can do it).

The root cause is, again, bug 47993.
