Description

Author: pierre.beaudouin

Description:
List name: photoreporters

Reasoning: more and more chapters spend money in photography equipment, more and more photographers cover festivals, sports with press accreditations. We would like a mailing list to exchange our experience.

Consensus:
https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Mailing_lists#Proposal_for_a_new_mailing_list_:_photoreporter

List admin: pierre.beaudouin@wikimedia.fr

Secondary admin: jeanfrederic.wiki@gmail.com

Apologies for the delay - I've been travelling (and still am travelling) for the past couple of weeks. Just as a point of clarification: please could you confirm whether you'd prefer the list name to be "photoreporters" or "photoreporter" as the Meta page gives the latter name? Also did you want a "-" to split the list name so "photo-reporters" or "photo-reporter"?

Apologies for the delay - I've been travelling (and still am travelling) for
the past couple of weeks. Just as a point of clarification: please could you
confirm whether you'd prefer the list name to be "photoreporters" or
"photoreporter" as the Meta page gives the latter name? Also did you want a
"-"
to split the list name so "photo-reporters" or "photo-reporter"?

According to the standardization policy, plural names are preferred. That's why I've opted for photoreporters, without "-".

Thx for your help.

Oops, I thought I'd already created this list! List created at https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/photoreporters, please could you add a terse phrase and description? I've emailed you the list admin password separately.
