Check that some timestamp is included in the message
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Suggested by PiRSquared17 on [[m:Talk:MassMessage]] to check for ~~~~ or ~~~~~

We should somehow implement this, probably by looking at the parser output for some kind of timestamp.

Might be able to steal some code from Echo: https://github.com/wikimedia/mediawiki-extensions-Echo/blob/master/includes/DiscussionParser.php#L825
