Description

In order to support bots such as the English Wikipedia's [[User:LivingBot]], MassMessage should (probably) have an API module to check a job's status.

No idea what this might look like, to be honest.

This is related to bug 54859.

Neither of these bugs should be considered blockers to deployment, as far as I'm concerned.
