That diff is not even one hour old. We don't know local job queue length, but total job queue is over 4 millions now https://ganglia.wikimedia.org/latest/graph_all_periods.php?c=Miscellaneous%20pmtpa&h=hume.wikimedia.org&v=823574&m=Global_JobQueue_length&r=hour&z=default&jr=&js=&st=1365625056&z=large so it's conceivable that FuzzyBot updates may take several hours or more.
Adding to comment 3: if 1) it's confirmed that the job queue is just being slow and 2) fuzzybot updates are among these kinds of jobs:
hpriotypes="$hpriotypes TranslateRenderJob TranslateMoveJob TranslateDeleteJob" # translate
then this could be called a duplicate of bug 43936.
