Subject: clean_sandbox.py should accept -page, -summary, and -text
Original description:
Instead of forcing users to modify the .py file itself, which may get overwritten on upgrades, please allow the script to accept
-page for the page to clean
-summary for the edit summary
-text for the text to replace with
