Use blue on secondary notification links on hover
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

As suggested at
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Project_talk:Notificações?diff=37029780
the color of the links "View edit" / "View changes" should be blue, and maybe they should also be bold. The idea is to make them more consistent with the remaining of the MediaWiki interface and make it easier to identify the links in the middle of the text.

The color could change at least when the mouse is over an item (as currently happens for the "talk page" link, which changes from gray to blue in the hovered item).

This will be done only on hover, like with the title (.mw-echo-title a).

This makes sense to do only on hover, like with .mw-echo-title a.
