Description

In production we are reusing DOM fragments from transclusions and images. This is not properly tested currently.

It would be great if we could add this type of test to round-trip testing. The basic requirement is to pre-load the expansion / image caches with those extracted from a previous parse (see handleCacheRequest in api/ParserService.js).
