I am not Daniel, so he might refer to different things, but wikistats' tests
no longer pass in Jenkins. Hence, Jenkins correctly votes Verified -1 in gerrit
for any new commit (that does not fix the tests). And Verified -1 means you
cannot submit from the UI.

The tests still passed for build #250 [1], but fail for build #251 [2] and all
subsequent builds. Yay for CI! \o/

I updated the logo on Wikistats portal. Patch not in git yet, I'll ask someone to help fix sync problems. Closing this bug, as that is a general issue.

That's the old wikivoyage logo which we had to abandon due to claim.
