From what I have from the October/November stats:

Browser by major version:

             IE Mobile 10  →  0.97%
             IE Mobile 11  →  0.62%
              IE Mobile 9  →  0.29%
                     IE 4  →  0.15%
                     IE 9  →  0.07%
                     IE 6  →  0.07%

IE9 all together sums up to 0.36%, much less than what @MaxSem stated.
