mediawiki_singlenode can not run installer due to missing /usr/bin/php

Description

Apparently, the dependency for the CLI version of PHP is missing (php5-cli?).

I just verified this with https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Nova_Resource:I-00000913 . I used:

sudo puppetd -tv

to run it, but the config is pretty simple.

Sorry, the exact error is:

err: /Stage[main]/Mediawiki_singlenode/Exec[mediawiki_setup]/returns: change from notrun to 0 failed: Could not find command '/usr/bin/php'

I'm not able to produce this currently. Fixed, I guess?
