https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WikibaseQueryEngine does not exist.
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:WikibaseQuery needs to be in better shape. ParserHooks component in Bugzilla already exists.

For both extensions there is a space between Wikibase and Query. I now added redirects.

Who should be in the default CC field to receive bugmail on all bug report changes for that project.

For the ones starting with "Wikibase", the same ones as for the "WikidataRepo" component. For ParserHooks, just me.
