Description

As part of the Beta Features extension release (see bug 53865)
I request that we deploy this extension to add a Beta Feature that changes the Vector skin for users who opt into it.

[[mw:Extension:VectorBeta]] doesn't exist yet. (Perhaps a redirect to a section of [[mw:Extension:BetaFeatures]] would make sense? Dunno. This extension needs documentation before being enabled anywhere.)

Note this page is setup now. Worldwide launch of BetaFeatures is week of Nov 1st and this should be deployed with it. Anything else I need to do? Who should I prod?

Mark, Jared, Fabrice any ideas?
