Editing a page with 'read in more languages' causes 'last edited' timestamp to move

post edit, last modified timestamp in wrong location

I discovered this while testing editing on test2 and noticed this also happens in stable in production on enwiki.

Edit an article with a 'Read in another language' button
Save your edit
Note that the 'last edited' timestamp appears next to the 'read in another language' button (rather than below it).

Refreshing the page restores the visual treatment; this only appears to happen on a page view immediately after edit. See attached screenshot.

Cannot replicate this on master now. Guess it was fixed with the reshuffle.
