Again, this is a misunderstanding but before even going to file a bug, I went for a DIY solution (as a I am always doing https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/q/owner:ebrahim+project:operations-mediawiki-config,n,z) but see here to find out https://github.com/wikimedia/operations-mediawiki-config/blob/master/wmf-config/FeaturedFeedsWMF.php there is nothing more than this
