Description

Save/Cancel links near the label editing field are left-aligned in RTL languages. They are supposed to be adjacent to the field and the help icon is supposed to appear after them, that is on their left side.

I'll attach a screenshot.

Seems like your change set (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/90944/) fixed the issue. Thanks, Amir. (I reverted to before your change and could verify the misbehaviour. No misalignment after your change.)
