Stuff should really be in /extensions/MoreBugUrl (and upstreamed to http://bzr.mozilla.org/bugzilla/trunk/files/head:/extensions/MoreBugUrl/ via patches in bugzilla.mozilla.org) instead of patching /Bugzilla/BugUrl*.

Ah crap, using MoreBugUrl extension also requires more changes in hooks etc which we get for free when upgrading to 4.4: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=722580
