Simple web frontend for multiversion

Description

multiversion has a couple of useful things, but these aren't much use to non shell users. Scripts such as "activeMWVersions" and "getMWVersion"

The first would be pretty easy to do as a web page to hit and display the versions

getMWVersion would require a bit more work to pass a parameter
