That won't work. But couldn't you just overwrite [[commons:File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-te.png]]?

When I try to upload, I get the error:

I have checked that [[user:Odder|Odder]] has changed the png, but i suppose it wasnt the proposed one!

The logo has been overwritten directly on Commons with the latest version of the SVG file, therefore marking this as RESOLVED FIXED.
