Description:
the input field disappeared

When entering statements, the input field disappears. Workaround is to cancel and try again.. It can happen multiple times before it is possible to enter a value.
Thanks,

Gerard

Which browser is this about? Does this also happen with other browsers?
Is there any output in the Error Console of your browser?

The browser is Chrome on Ubuntu. I do not know about other browsers, I do not know about an error console. I do know that it started today.
Thanks,

Gerard

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the bug. Even tried Chrome on Ubuntu on a virtual machine. Since the bug seems to have been caused right after the deployment it may be solved by clearing the browser cache - although I wonder why it works after toggling edit mode multiple times...

Finally managed to reproduce. Will fix asap.

Although Jenkins is generally failing at the moment, that should fix it (added Selenium test as well):

This is a bug about the WikibaseRepo extension. Please only choose the WikidataClient component if the bug is about the WikibaseClient extension, used on e.g. Wikipedia.

My excuses for being ignorant...

No excuse necessary. :) Would not have noticed the bug that early without your report.
