click Edit/beta, nothing happens at this size

this seems to manifest in several ways:

'Edit/beta' link stops working, see screen shot
Indent/outdent buttons disappear, see screen shot
possibly more

indent/outdent controls not loaded in page at this size

I tried to reproduce this on my end using FireFox and Chrome browser and what I observed is re-sizing the window distorts the visual editor toolbar placement, which was making Indent/Outdent and other buttons hide behind the search box sometimes.

But "Edit/beta" button was working fine in my browser.

AFAICT this is now fixed.
