Firefox OS app "contact us" feature no longer works

Description

Downstream bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=914525

Same base problem as bug 52474 -- the contact page that the app relies on has been removed from the mobile web site, so is now broken.

Needs to be replaced with a new contact page that directs you to the proper email submission.

I'll try and fix this up along with some other little bugs in the next few days.

Unofficial Windows 8 & Firefox OS apps are not currently being worked on; switching old Bugzilla assignment back to none and subscribing myself instead. Volunteers welcome, and I'll be happy to help!
