Mark is already CC'ed here (thanks!) as he commented two days ago:
"This was again a problem caused by missing MediaWiki configuration for new Varnish cache servers that we deployed in Europe today. In some cases our cache servers use IPv6 to communicate with eachother, and MediaWiki wasn't yet configured to recognize their IPv6 IPs, causing these misattributed edits. This should have been fixed now. Our apologies!"
