Misplaced

Steps to reproduce

Click on the Edit button for an article or click on the media icon on a image
Type something
Go to some other window of your browser

4.Come back to the editor after few minutes (approx. 5-10 minutes)
5.Now select the text and click on the link icon

Observed Result:
The link inspector appears broken or misplaced

Yes, the issue reported here is now appearing in production/Live environment for any page.

This issue is fixed now and verified on betalabs

Other inspectors (e.g. MWExtensionInspector) are affected as well.

This appears to now be fixed FWICS; closing as such.
