VisualEditor:Template "reflist" does not get added immediately on the page
Closed, DuplicatePublic

Description

No indication if there is any reflist added or not

Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on the edit button
2.Add few references to the page
3.Now click on the More>Transclusion
4.Select the template "reflist" and add it to the page

Observed Result:
The reflist template does not get added rather an icon for the template shows up on the page.
If you move your cursor that icon disappears too making user confused whether they have added any reflist or not.

Well, so much for not using the dedicated References list button :p

Now seriously:
with my PC/Win 7 and Chrome (both skins), I can't even see the template icon.
Under FF instead I see it, and at its left there's this character ^ in grey.
In both cases, the blinking cursor is now at the top of the page:
if I type something, the text will be added on that line (in Chrome) or where the Reflist is supposed to be (in FF: the icon is now gone).
