Some more issues with this action:

1. After adding a reflist to the image the whole order of the references in that page gets messed up.

The reference to the image becomes reference with footnote [1] and in the page the order of the reference got changed from [1],[2],[3] to [2],[3],[4].
and the reference of the image gets modified to the [1] reference of the document.

2. Now if you switch to edit source, you will see since the reference in the image is taking the value of first reference of the document as a repetitive reference, the [1] reference of the document gets assigned with ref name= ":1"

But still there is another on the page:Cite error: The named reference :1 was invoked but never defined (see the help page).
