"Near this page" beta feature option is proposed on Wikisources even if Extension:GeoData (required to make it work) isn't installed. It would be nice to disable the option as it's done on Wikidata in order to avoid the presence of a useless option.

https://pl.wikisource.org/wiki/Specjalna:W_pobli%C5%BCu doesn't exist for me on plwikisource, and https://git.wikimedia.org/blob/operations%2Fmediawiki-config.git/0493610b01edaaad4fedf4e45b3b3e39c87c122d/wmf-config%2FInitialiseSettings.php#L11280 suggests it should not work 'without GeoData anyway'.
Assigning to Mark and moving this to the Beta Features component in BZ as this issue should be generally solved in Beta Features, not always one-offs in site-requests/config changes. Our config files are hard enough to understand/follow, let's put some logic in BF to handle this.
